Vinification
Fermentation and partial aging on lees for 16 months and with batonnage for 6 months. Around 50% of the batch fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for 16 months, with malolactic fermentation occurring naturally with the addition of lees from the following vintage (2020). Ageing in bottle for 28 months before its launch on the market.

Clear, open straw colour. Aromas of citrus, lemon leaf, well-integrated wood with some smokiness. In the mouth shows citrus (lime, lemon leaf), creamy, some dried fruit, showing the wood and a good evolution.
This wine, launched in Decenmber 2023, celebrates the 30th anniversary of the formal constitution of the Quinta de Paços company in 1993, reproducing many of the ancestral techniques used at Quinta de Paços.
